If you’re already well into season seven of Selling Sunset, you know a new real estate agent appears and stirs up drama. But, there’s an unexpected twist: She’s not an agent at The Oppenheim Group…yet. Her name is Cassandra Dawn, and she meets The O Group’s L.A. agents at a home preview in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. After her dramatic appearance, fans are curious if she’ll become a regular on the show. So, we did a little digging. Here’s what we know so far.
At the time of filming, Cassandra introduced herself to The O Group agents as a realtor at Christie’s International. During the new season, she revealed to Chelsea Lazkani that she was interested in joining a brokerage where she could get closer mentorship. Chelsea, of course, connected her with Jason Oppenheim, who was willing to meet her but would not make any promises about hiring her. The season leaves viewers wondering if she’ll become an agent at The O Group, despite her drama with Bre Tiesi (more on that below). As of right now, Cassandra is listed as an agent at Revel Real Estate under the name Cassandra Repstad. Per her LinkedIn, she started working there in April of 2023.
When Cassandra first met Bre and Chrishell Stause on the series, she said she’d known their fellow agent Heather Rae El Moussa “forever.” She also claimed to know Bre, or to have at least met her a few times. Bre seemed instantly off-put by the interaction, which eventually led to some heated conversations later in the season.
Apart from the drama, Cassandra revealed that she used to be a contemporary art advisor. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she operates in the L.A. and Miami real estate markets. In her free time, she likes to listen to uplifting podcasts, visit art galleries, and walk around her Santa Monica neighborhood with her husband and their puppy, according to her Reveal Real Estate bio.
As far as her future on Selling Sunset goes, it’s likely she’ll appear on the show again—assuming the series gets renewed for an eighth season. She could show up to tie up loose ends or as a new agent at The O Group. The brokerage did recently expand its L.A. office, so there’s a chance she could be brought on as they staff up. We’ll be keeping an eye out for updates!
