Selling the OC is almost back for its second season! After a successful first run in August 2022, the Selling Sunset spinoff promises another dose of incredible homes and endless coworker drama. Ahead of the premiere on Netflix, we’ve gathered everything you should know about the upcoming season. Let the countdown begin!
When Is the Release Date?
The eight-episode season hits Netflix on September 8.
Who Is Part of the Cast?
Everyone from the first season is returning for the second. Jason Oppenheim, the owner of The Oppenheim Group, stars in the show, and while his brother Brett Oppenheim technically left the brokerage to start his own, he still appears in season two. The rest of the cast includes Alexandra Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Tyler Stanaland, Polly Brindle, Lauren Shortt, Kayla Cardona, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Sean Palmieri, and Austin Victoria. You can learn more about each realtor here.
Apart from the OGs, there’s one newcomer this season: Ali (Alexandra) Harper. Yes, that means there are now four Alexandras to track. Luckily, the Nashville native and former Miss Tennessee goes by Ali to add some “variety.”
What Can We Expect in Season 2?
The trailer reveals major season highlights. For starters, the OC office gets to take a trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico to check out The Oppenheim Group’s new digs there. They also visit the brokerage’s first billion-dollar listing in the resort city. The preview also reveals that Gio Helou is celebrating his $100 million sales milestone, the agents might be engaging in a home demolition, and there’s plenty of drama to go around.
